Melissa joins JSA with more than 10 years of marketing experience in brand development, integrated marketing, writing, and design. She has served as the Public Information Officer for the Tulare County Board of Supervisors, worked as the marketing manager for Tulare County’s community action organization, and most recently served as the Senior Communications Specialist for myKaweah Health, where she was the project lead and content creator for the comprehensive rebrand of Kaweah Health. Melissa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University, Fresno and a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
