CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER

Cat’s experience ranges from media strategy, negotiations, and planning to account management and client relations. Cat is one of the most tenured at JSA, having started her career with the agency 32 years ago in the media department before moving into account management followed by business operations. She currently manages the day-to-day operations of the agency and specifically oversees the client services department of the agency, where she works closely with other account managers on all client needs - from marketing strategies to budgeting, project estimate, and internal/external communications, while managing the day-to-day function of some of the agency's largest clients, including Educational Employees Credit Union and Fresno Pacific University.
