Our growth strategy for Bonadelle Neighborhoods is simple: beautiful content, strong copy and targeted ads. With this combination, we’ve been able to push Bonadelle’s social media presence far above our target goal, seeing an increase of 17% in fan growth and almost 65% in impressions this year alone. Our end goal for this client is fan/follower growth and brand awareness, which will eventually help lead to home sales. By creating stunning visual content from our in-house videographer and photographer, paired with strong writing from our social team and copywriters, we are able to strategically target certain demographics that we think have a higher willingness to purchase a new home (whether that be an emerging family, young couple, retiring parents or investors). Our social team overseas all platforms that Bonadelle Neighborhoods uses, from Instagram and Facebook to Yelp and Google Business. Monitoring these accounts and posting amongst them ensures that the brand has a steady cohesiveness throughout and that the same message is pushed out to consumers. On top of this, through constant monitoring, we are able to address any problems, questions and inquiries in real-time and quickly turn the customer over to the appropriate channels within the Bonadelle Neighborhoods company.
