Storyland & Playland
Revitalizing and rebranding two historic parks over two years is worth it for local children and families; and for the awkward and sometimes adorably petrified photos of children with lifesized storybook characters.
As part of the revitalization effort, JSA donated over 1,000 hours, re-inventing the brand with a new logo, park signage, website and collateral; assisting the board in creating a public relations plan that was designed to reach all corners of our community; and organizing a matching gift, media support, volunteers, and corporate and private donors. Over $1 million was raised for the parks and a sustainable future—built with love—is in place.
